A3 Youth Lock In

Event: Students will attend an overnight event at the Ann Arbor Assembly of God.   

All aspects of this event will take place on campus and primarily indoors. Some activities may occur outdoors, weather permitting. 

   

Sleeping arrangements. Sleeping is optional, and pranks are strictly prohibited while students sleep. Pranking will result in disciplinary action that may require removal from the event.   Female and male sleeping rooms will be on separate floors and monitored by cameras and adults. (Note: No adult or married couple will be alone with students anytime.)  

Male students are not permitted to be in female sleeping rooms.  

Female students are not permitted to be in male sleeping rooms.

7:45 | Doors Open 7:45 - 8:30 | Registration & Hangout 

8:30 - 8:45 | Preservce games 

8:45 - 9:00 | Bathroom, Refreshments, & Announcements 

9:00 - 10:30 | Service One 

10:30 - 10:35 | Bathroom, freshments 

10:35 - 11:35 | Nerf War  1 (BYONerf if possible, we have limited supply)

1:35 - 11:45 | Bathroom, Refreshments 

11:45 - 12:30 | Service Two (Worship & Small Groups) 

12:30 - 12:35 | Bathroom, Refreshments 12:30 - 1:30 | Nerf War round 2 or games (Optional) 

1:30 - 7:00 | Free Time (Room rotation or sleep.) 

7:00 - 7:30 | Wake Up 7:30 - 8:00 | Cereal Bar & Dismissal.  

Leaders: Youth Leaders will be active in games and services and then assigned to stations during free time.   

Free Time: Free time will allow those who want to sleep. Rooms will be set up as stations to accommodate various activities. (Movies, video games, board games, lounging in the loft.) Leaders not assigned to stations will help reset the building for Sunday and/or rotate sleeping/breaks for leaders assigned.
